We set up Ella & Fleur Hot Yoga as a purpose built hot yoga studio in the centre of Cheltenham where we have a promise to provide a great selection of yoga classes and workshops taught by passionate, experienced instructors. We welcome, support and encourage each and every one of our students and provide a vibrant environment and yogi community focused on health, happiness and wellbeing.

A passion for hot yoga

We were introduced to hot yoga as an alternative to traditional yoga when we used to work in London. We immediately fell in love with it and set up our own classes from an existing studio in Swindon soon after. We always wanted to create our own studio and so Ella & Fleur Hot Yoga was subsequently born when we took over our current studio in Cheltenham back in 2014. Since then we've expanded into a second studio and introduced a wide range of classes to suit our ever growing yogi clients.

A team from the University of Gloucestershire will be joining us at Cheltenham's Half Marathon this year to provide Physiotherapy services and advice to all our runners taking part in the event.

Be sure to visit their stand in the Race Village ahead of the race and then again for a post race rub down after you've made it round the 13.1m route.

We’ve partnered with Mbition the smart Adaptive Training app. It creates a CUSTOM training plan which is 100% built around your fitness, schedule and goal. It then cleverly ADAPTS as you progress to your pacing, distance and activity levels. So if you are forced to take a break through holiday, illness or injury the plan will get you back on track.

It takes about 2 minutes to create your own personal plan. Visit www.mbition.coach and select Weston Super Half and enter a few details about your current fitness level and Mbition will create a custom plan just for you.

Their expert coaching team, designers and techies have spent 2 years pouring over algorithms, runners' habits and working through every scenario possible to enable their app to adapt around you.

Sessions are designed to be varied and interesting to keep you motivated - so you'll never ever be a one speed runner again and make great progress towards your goal.

This year WMP Events is partnering with what3words. what3words is the easiest way to talk about location. They have divided the world up into a grid of 3x3 meters squared and given each one a unique three-word address made up from words in the dictionary, which is all the information you need to refer back to that location. These 'three-word addresses' look like ///filled.count.soap which is the front of the what3words office in London. These addresses will indicate the real-world location of way-markers for this event and are a very useful way to report a medical incident to staff. Over 75% of emergency services use what3words to help them locate those in need. So for this event, we suggest that you download the app and make yourself familiar with it so you can easily find way markers or report incidents.
